Description
Before: KEITH, KENNEDY and JONES, Circuit Judges. Per Curiam. Appellant A. Jack Bishop appeals from a district court order granting summary judgment for defendants. The district court dismissed appellant's complaint after finding he lacked standing to sue for anti-trust injury under Section 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15.Appellant had filed a complaint against defendants alleging that his telephone solicitation contract with defendant Plain Dealer had been terminated as the result of defendants' plan to eliminate competition in the Cleveland newspaper publishing market. We agree with Judge Bell that appellant lacks standing to sue under Section 4 of the Clayton Act, and hereby affirm on the basis of his well-reasoned opinion and order filed October 27, 1983. Accordingly, the judgment of the Honorable Sam H. Bell is affirmed.
